My Wish to Change

-4 lbs in 6 days :)

Ahh, after I got home from school today, I checked my scale— I’m 130.5 lbs! That’s a net of 4lbs in 6 days! I’m so happy!  I hope I can keep this up and that I don’t plateau! Ahhh!  Anyways, I’ve been feeling pretty good.  I’ve been in a good mood, I feel healthier and more energetic  (it’s probably all just in my head though ahahah).  

Goals for this week

Goals:

  • Eat a max of 500 calories everyday
  • No breakfast
  • lunch: 6 leaves of romain lettuce, 2 tbsp of dressing (total of 90 cal)
  • dinner: 1 cup linguine, 1 tbsp pesto, 1/2 cup skim milk (total 315 cal)
  • 2 gummy multivites (15 cal)
  • 80 cal leftover if necessary
  • no eating past 8:30 PM if studying 

Day 5 (481 cal)

Day 5, Sunday May 20

Goal: 481/500 calories

Ah, I’m so happy today because I managed to eat below 500 calories!  The best part is that even though I’m meticulously counting calories, I didn’t even feel too terribly hungry during the day.  Well, at least not yet.  I usually get hungry when I study at night — which is around this time…But I will persevere tonight.  I have to.  Anyways, I’ve been drinking a lot of water and I also dropped another pound today! :)

So here’s what I ate:

Breakfast (0 cal)

Lunch (95 cal)

  • Miso soup (20 cal from the miso paste, 75 cal from the tofu)

DInner (315 cal)

  • Linguine (1 cup = 2 oz, 200 cal)
  • Pesto (1 tablespoon = 72 cal)
  • 1/2 cup of skim milk (43 cal)

Snacks (71 cal)

  • Miso soup (1 tbsp of miso = 30 cal)
  • 1 leaf of Romain Lettuce (3 cal)
  • 5 Gummy Multivites (38 cal)

Note: I had lunch around 11AM, the miso soup snack around 3PM, dinner around 6PM, and the rest of my snacks around 7PM.
